Stray animals, traceability, biosecurity, and court cases

Stray animals have become a major problem in most provinces, threatening small and large stock producers’ biosecurity status. Brent McNamara, manager of the RPO Eastern Cape and CEO of Agri Eastern Cape, visited the Plaas TV studio to talk about ongoing court cases in the Eastern Cape where municipalities are being brought to justice for not implementing traceability and biosecurity systems in communal areas.
