Daarna maak ons ‘n draai in die Oos-Kaap om oor ‘n prakties-volhoubare plan op ‘n skaap-, angora- en beesplaas naby die Winterberge tussen Tarkastad en Bedford te gesels. RSG Landbou se medewerker, Carin Venter gesels met David Fletcher oor al die aanpassings wat hy op die plaas moes maak om volhoubaar te boer.
