Hierdie week het Plaas TV weereens vir interessante kykstof gesorg en vandag is #kykweervrydag. Hier is ’n opsomming van dié week se episodes:
- Die Veeplaas Klimaatslim Ambassadeur-projek het ten doel om veeprodusente te identifiseer wat klimaatslim boerderypraktyke op hul plase implementeer en wat passievol is oor die bewaring van hul omgewing en hulpbronne. Plaas TV het by Piet Roux in die Prieska-omgewing gaan aanklop om te sien hoe hy dié bestuurspraktyke toepas.
- Kemin se hooffokus is om goeie gehalte veevoerprodukte te produseer met die oog op dieregesondheid en -veiligheid. Hulle is ook weer vanjaar een van die borge vir die Santam Landbou Nasionale Kuilvoerkompetisie. Daniël Van der Merwe brei uit oor hulle betrokkenheid by dié kompetisie.

- Plaas Media het aan die begin van 2022 die Veeplaas Klimaatslim Ambassadeur-projek van stapel gestuur. Projekte soos dié se sukses hang af van borge se deelname en ondersteuning. Zoetis is een van hierdie borge en dr Natanya Smit vertel ons waarom hulle as maatskappy betrokke is by dié projek.
- It is #ResearchFriday which means it is time to once again become acquainted with the research projects conducted by the team at the Agricultural Research Council. This week we visit the ARC-Grain Crops campus in Potchefstroom.
