InteliGro recently announced a strategic move to enhance its value proposition by integrating InteliSeed into its business operations, effective 1 April 2024. This decision aims to align and consolidate their business structures and streamline channels to ensure optimal and focussed functions.
With this transition, InteliGro says it is now even better positioned to address customer needs and foster closer collaboration with suppliers. The seed portfolios will be made available to growers through a nationwide network of seed specialists and selected crop advisors. Leading the InteliGro seed division will be Barry Erasmus serving as the commercial manager: Seed, with support from Lenie Venter as operational manager: Seed. These portfolios include a diverse range of seeds, including vegetables, oilseeds (sunflower, soya beans and canola), maize, pasture, wheat and cover crops. Niel Kruger, the regional director of InteliGro: South, will oversee this strategy.

A focussed seed portfolio
