- PMA and United Fresh have created the International Fresh Produce Association. Lianne Jones chats to Lise Roberts about their role in the international and local markets. Izaak Breitenbach brings the team up to speed with current affairs in the poultry industry.
- Johan Krige from Kanonkop Wine Estate talks to Lise Roberts about his new role as president of the International Wine and Spirit Competition. Johan is only the second South African to hold the prestigious position since Anton Rupert. GWK and Wildeklawer opened a new educational centre for children. Neil de Klerk from GWK visited the studio to talk more in-depth about the centre.
- The current #UkraineRussia crisis will have a serious impact on South Africa’s food security and poses a risk to parts of the agricultural sector. Agri SA therefore asked government to suspend fuel levies to relieve pressure on food prices. Kulani Siweya from Agri SA sheds some light on this matter with the FarmTV team. Lise chats to Hannes Botha on how regenerative agricultural practices increased his profit margins.
