The teams competing in the World Butchers’ Challenge have taken time to create awareness for the competition. Countries such as Ireland, New Zealand and Germany are competing in this year’s challenge. The World Butchers’ Challenge involves teams breaking down different types of meat in a 3 hour and 15-minute time frame.
